*When it comes to laying their eggs and how many times a year, the female wren will lay one egg each day until a clutch of 5 or 6 eggs are laid after rebuilding her nest. This usually takes place in late April!
*In the winter season, the male wren will build the family nest inside natural cavities such as under creak banks, in decaying logs, inside dead trees and even in hanging moss.
*If you want to attract wrens to your garden with a bird house, proper placement is always key! Proper placement for your wren bird house is 4-10 feet above the ground, posted to a wall or post. A swing or hanging birdhouse would work as well as long as it's 4-10 feet above ground!
